Jondou Chase Chen

Jondou Chase Chen is an Associate Teaching Professor, Univ. of Washington College of Education and a Co-Director, The National SEED Project (Seeking Educational Equity and Diversity). His work asks what it means for people, communities, organizations, and institutions to learn to be whole, well, and in just relationship.

 

Sid Kanazawa

MEDIATOR/ARBITRATOR

Sid Kanazawa is a mediator, arbitrator, trial lawyer, and bridge builder bringing people together even when it seems impossible. For over 40 years, he represented plaintiffs and defendants, locally, nationally, and internationally, in jury and non-jury trials, arbitrations, administrative proceedings, crises, mediations, and negotiations.

 

Melody Ng

Melody is the Program Manager for Building Pathways to Understanding at APADRC. Building Pathways is a community dialogue series that makes space for people from different communities to share and reflect on the way they experience different issues in an accessible way.

 

Riya Kuo

Riya Kuo is an executive coach to unconventional leaders, and also serves as a mediator and arbitrator. She was previously a corporate lawyer with a deep commitment to access to justice.

Neelamjit Kaur Dhaliwal

DEIA Facilitator (Pronouns: she/her/hers)

Neelamjit leads dialogues and holds space for the conversations that matter. She consults for companies and organizations on DEIA policies and efforts. Neelamjit is the DEIA Advisor for the The Jane Club in Los Angeles, a facilitator with the National SEED Project, and living in Chardi Kala.

 

Chris Kwok

Chris Kwok is a mediator, community organizer who has been active in speaking about anti-Asian violence and harassment.

He is an Adjunct Professor in Asian American studies at CUNY Hunter.

 

David M. Louie

David Louie is a civil trial lawyer at Kobayashi Sugita & Goda, LLP in Honolulu, Hawai‘i, and he also serves as a mediator and arbitrator. From 2011 to 2014, Mr. Louie served as the Attorney General of Hawai‘i. He successfully handled many jury trials, arbitrations and mediations. He previously served as President, Vice-President, and Director of the Hawai‘i State Bar Association.

 

Lynette S. Kim

Lynette is a Collaborative divorce attorney and Divorce Mediator and is a principal attorney at Kim Mediation and Law Center in Los Angeles, CA.  Resolving divorce conflict is at the heart of her practice and she is dedicated to assisting clients to peacefully handle their divorce disputes through mediation and collaborative divorce.   She currently serves on the Board of the Southern California Mediation Association.
